Role Overview
As our South East Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the South East region of the UK building on our strong relationships with our current retail partners and growing new ones ensuring more families discover the joy of riding a Frog Bike.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing regional opportunities to align sales efforts with our brand mission. Your energy, commercial insight, and passion for cycling will help shape the future of children’s biking across your region.
This role demands strong relationship management skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to inspire and be a high-performing professional salesperson.

We are looking for a candidate with commitment, passion, drive, determination, and accountability to join our innovative team.The successful candidate must have the necessary skills to nurture and expand relationships with existing customers and proactively identify and take on new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving agreed KPIs including sales targets. They will also ensure sales in their territory are efficient and equipped to deal with the future growth we are striving for, as well as driving commercial thinking and harnessing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, with support of the UK Sales Manager, a high-impact sales plan nurturing strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers in all accounts for your region.
* Deliver on account strategies that drive profitable growth and market expansion.
·Thorough knowledge of Frog Bikes, the technology, history and products as you will be expected to effectively train store staff on Frog Bikes USPs. You are the brand ambassador.
·Manage and expand relationships with independent bike shops.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase brand reach and retail presence for the modern consumer.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
* Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs, developing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
* Drive commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and industry developments to identify new opportunities and feed into the internal stakeholders.
·Undertake regular visits and contact points to new and existing stockists, implementing new product lines and helping the trade customers drive B2C sales through collaborative practices. e.g. identifying marketing support and sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
·Work closely and collaboratively across the Frog Bike business
·Manage your own time and journey plans effectively and ensure a high level of CRM notes completion and area coverage.
·Efficient and accurate forecasting to assist stock availability and production lead times.
·Efficient and accurate order processing and back order management.
Performance Measures
* Achievement of agreed sales and revenue targets within strategic accounts.
* Consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
* Successful development and execution of customer account plans.
* Positive feedback from key customers and stakeholders.
* Growth in market share and brand presence
Necessary Skills and Experience
·Educated to degree level (2:1) or previous experience in an autonomous Sales role, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. (N.B. We would welcome applications from recent university graduates)
·Strong communication and negotiation skills
·Positive and solutions-based attitude.
·Able to build collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationships with retailers, providing support and expertise to assist them to succeed
·Proficient with IT including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and ability to navigate systems
·Full UK driving licence is essential for this role
·Assume overnight travel will be occasionally needed
·An interest and knowledge in cycling would be beneficial, but not essential.
Who You Are
* Experienced: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role within a B2B environment.
* Industry Knowledgeable: Experience in or a strong understanding of the cycling industry ideal
* Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetspreferably in the cycling, outdoor, or consumer goods industries.
* Commercially Astute: Strong negotiation, commercial acumen and contract management
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* A Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and excited by a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
* Passion for cycling and promoting active lifestyles among young people.
