We are currently assisting them in their search for an experienced Employment Law Partner to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice, renowned for their client-focused approach and committed to providing top-tier legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the employment law team, providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of employment matters, including dispute resolution, employment contracts, and workplace policies.
* Advise corporate clients, HNW clients, senior executives, and individuals on complex employment issues, including redundancies, disciplinary matters, discrimination claims, and employment tribunal litigation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
* Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered while meeting deadlines and targets.
* Contribute to the firm’s growth by developing new business opportunities and assisting with the firm’s overall strategy.
* Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees, supporting their development and career progression.
* Work closely with other practice areas to ensure integrated and comprehensive legal advice to clients.
* Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation through involvement in thought leadership, presentations, and external business development activities.
About You:
* A qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience as an Employment law Partner, ideally at a senior level.
* Proven track record of managing a busy caseload and leading teams in a law firm environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to generating new work.
* Experience in managing complex and high-value employment disputes and advising on strategic employment matters.
* Commercially astute, with a strategic outlook and the ability to think outside the box.
* Ideally, you will have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Salary offering up to £140,000 dependent on experience.
