Account Manager – Midlands (Medical Devices / HealthTech)
📍 Territory: Midlands | Including Lincoln, Sheffield & surrounding areas
💼 Competitive base + 20–25% OTE (uncapped bonus potential)
We’re partnering with a global medical device company to recruit an Account Manager for the Midlands. This is a field-based commercial role covering a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities across the region including, NHS, independent clinics and high street healthcare providers.
You’ll be focused on developing strong customer relationships, growing account value, and driving the adoption of clinically proven technologies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident, commercially minded, and enjoys consultative field sales in the medical space.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts across your patch
* Identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers
* Conducting 4+ days per week in field-based meetings and product discussions
* Supporting clinical engagement and product understanding on-site
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver first-class customer support
What we’re looking for:
* Proven sales or account management experience (field-based preferred)
* Strong communicator with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
* Experience selling into NHS, Healthcare, Dental, or Medical environments is a plus
* Must be based on patch (Midlands / Lincoln / Sheffield)
* Full UK driving licence
