We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote clothing lines, increase brand visibility, and drive online sales. Responsibilities include managing online campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing content for SEO, and analyzing performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand and sales objectives.
2. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
3. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for digital campaigns.
4. Conduct keyword research to optimize website content, product descriptions, and blog posts for search engines.
5. Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to increase organic website traffic.
6. Coordinate with copywriters to ensure digital content is optimized for search visibility and user experience.
7. Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, stories, and ads that resonate with the target audience.
8. Engage with customers and followers through comments, messages, and influencer collaborations to foster community engagement.
9. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
10. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer retention, and promote new products.
11. Build and segment email lists, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between email marketing efforts and CRM systems.
13. Work with the Ecommerce manager to drive traffic to the online store.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
* Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
* Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is advantageous.
