Role Overview
Community Staff Nurse – Waddon Clinic. 30 hours a week. The role supports the transformation of adult community services in Croydon by delivering high‑quality nursing care within Integrated Care Teams.
Responsibilities
1. Promote the mental, physical, emotional and social health of individuals, families and groups.
2. Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families.
3. Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntary services.
4. Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate.
5. Be responsible for caseload management and supervision of the nursing team in the absence of the District Nurse/Caseload Holder.
Requirements
* Registered Adult Nurse with a current UK nursing registration.
* Clean UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
* Experience working in community nursing settings.
* Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
