Offer description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrator and Customer Service Executive to join a busy office environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the team while ensuring excellent customer service. This role is varied and fast-paced, requiring someone who is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys working with people. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner. A "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are key.


Responsibilities

* Answering calls and responding to client queries.
* Supporting clients with online services.
* Accurately relaying client information to the team.
* Setting up new clients on internal systems (training provided).
* Conducting new client introduction calls.
* Updating and maintaining accurate client records.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and courier services.
* Handling client account queries and payments.
* Credit control, reporting, and chasing late payments.
* Liaising with third parties for mail and data handling.
* Assisting in improving administrative processes.
* Supporting other teams with admin tasks during busy periods.
* Ordering office supplies and coordinating services.
* Undertaking ad hoc projects as required. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident phone manner and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Positive, proactive, and professional approach.
* Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.
* Office or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* 100% office-based role.

* Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident phone manner and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Positive, proactive, and professional approach.
