UX/UI Designer (Temporary Contract, Maternity Cover)
Inclutech is seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our award-winning public safety software team on a temporary contract. Based in Belfast, we build inclusive technology that saves lives by enabling secure, accessible emergency communications—recently awarded the Home Office Security Innovation Award and UK government-accredited for non-verbal digital 999 contact.
What you’ll do:
* Lead design, prototyping, and presentation of platform-wide projects
* Conduct user research and usability testing
* Champion user-centric solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Shape and maintain our design system
About you:
* Demonstrated UX/UI design experience, wireframing, prototyping, and accessibility
* Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
* Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
* Team-focused, detail-oriented, flexible
Location and Details:
Location: Belfast, with flexible/full-time working. Applicants must have UK work rights and be resident in Northern Ireland.
