About the Role:
You will be supporting a bright and joyful young person living with:
· Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE)
· Cerebral Palsy
· Epilepsy
· A tracheostomy
· Non-verbal and non-mobile needs
Despite these medical challenges, our client enjoys being out and about in the local community, engaging in sensory activities and social experiences.
Your Role Will Include:
· Personal care and daily living support
· Tracheostomy and seizure management (training provided)
· Medication administration
· Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
· Promoting his independence and well-being through meaningful activities
We're Looking For:
· Experience in complex care (or willingness to undergo full training)
· A patient, reliable, and empathetic personality
· A proactive attitude to helping him thrive in everyday life
· Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts on a rota basis:
* Day shift 08:00-20:00
* Waking Night shift 20:00-08:00

Location: In the client's own home
Shift pattern: Part-time - 24 hours per week
