Job Description
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – ARENA MEDIA (Culture Team for Dr Martens, UMG, Therabody)
Contract Type : Permanent
We are based in the HKX headquarters in Pancras Sq. (Kings Cross) and can offer the full spectrum of learning, campus training and facilities that come with this position.
Day to Day Responsibilities
* Build and develop a strong relationship with clients demonstrating expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm and understanding of their business.
* Work with the AM/AD on respective client patches to ensure all campaigns are managed and executed to an exceptional standard.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to assist in the planning of campaigns across the culture client portfolio.
* Be proactive in bringing new ideas and ways of doing things to the table, sharing ideas & knowledge generously.
* Day‑to‑day communication, sharing updates across clients and agency departments involved in projects.
* Help manage delivery of live campaigns and coordinate with internal departments.
* Anticipate milestones and requirements on live campaigns to ensure both client and agency departments are prepared in advance.
* Ensure all standard client requirements are delivered correctly and on time (status reports, monthly competitive reviews, invoicing).
* Work with the AM/AD and wider team to proactively explore new opportunities and ideas based on the latest cultural moments or events.
* Sustain an elevated level of client service and partnership through regular conversations and meetings with clients.
* Attend regular calls and status meetings with clients.
* Keep on top of the latest industry and market news to share with clients frequently.
* Work with the wider team to present market, competitive and post‑campaign analysis.
* Research and help organise media workshops and learning sessions with client marketing departments.
* Ensure weekly round‑ups of agency work are communicated concisely and clearly.
* Maintain strong communication with agency teams to support effective strategy and planning.
* Attend regular Arena events and wider industry events and learnings.
* Work closely with other relevant teams around Havas – finance, insight, specialist activation teams.
Candidate Profile
We look for smart, passionate people with strong teamwork, courage to care about our work, clients and team. Experience working in a multi‑tasking, fast‑turnover environment and proficiency in digital self‑serve platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat and Google AdWords is highly beneficial.
