We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of engineers working on Automatic and Industrial Doors covering Birmingham and the Midlands. This amazing opportunity would suit somebody who has a background in managing a team in a Supervisor/ Team Leader role looking to make that next step. This role is new to the market due to continued growth of the company, and is definitely one not to be missed. The role involves managing workloads, call-out rotas, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. With this comes with a generous salary and great benefits package of £55,000 basic salary, door to door payments, company van, 25 days holiday plus stats, company performance related bonus paid annually - private medical care - including dental.
