As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll embody our REACH values in your leadership — setting the tone for an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture. What You’ll Do You’ll take full ownership of the Bar and Restaurant outlets, delivering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Bar service with consistency and flair. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring your team to create memorable guest experiences every single day. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Coaching, developing, and motivating team members through clear, respectful, and honest communication. Managing HR processes effectively and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Controlling costs and budgets while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability. Ensuring all food and beverage areas are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote the hotel’s dining experience. Driving quality standards, setting clear expectations, and promoting continuous improvement. Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment for all team members. Maintaining compliance with all legal, licensing, and health & safety regulations. Duty Management Responsibilities as and when required. You’ll also have: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Great time management and problem-solving skills. Confidence in handling employee relations issues. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
