The Assistant House Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of one of our residential houses, helping to create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for children and young adults with additional support needs. Working closely with the House Co-ordinator and wider care team, the successful candidate will support staff supervision, rota planning, care standards, training, and the overall wellbeing and development of the young people in our care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional looking to further develop their leadership skills within a values-led and supportive community environment.
