Role Description
• Be customer facing at all times
• Provide Strong Project Leadership to UK and China Engineering, Production and Site Services Departments
• Manage all project commercial matters, to include, cost forecasting, prompt and comprehensive invoicing, and the achievement of agreed turnover and profit targets
• Manage all project activities ensuring that the contract and services provided are in accordance with the agreed contract timeline
• Promote and achieve good working relationships with customers to assist the process of identifying and winning new work.
• Ensure through regular formal (contract review meetings) and informal communications that the Customers expectations are understood and constantly being delivered.
• Produce and issue regular monthly reports detailing all aspects of project performance.
• Identify and evaluate all technical, commercial, and business risks and ensure they understood by the project team and the business.
• Ensure scope creep and project change management is tracked, documented, and resolved effectively to fulfil client expectations.
• Ensure Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Technical Assembly, Logistics, and site activities are correctly managed, and the project is successfully handed over to the customer.
• Lead Project Review Meetings. Approve and manage all contract changes and additional expenditure.
• Host client attended Factory Acceptance Testing
• Manage the provision of appropriate resources and expertise to successfully deliver the project.

• Report accurately all re-work and design error
• Work within the parameters of the project production schedule

• Ensure that you remain compliant with health and safety regulations and accepted safe practice at all times. Report any health and safety issues or contraventions witnessed anywhere within the business to your manager

Working in a Manufacturing Environment
Working in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical Industry
Internal/External Customer Facing
Working following Quality Management System procedures
