Are you a Human Factors Engineer looking for your next opportunity? If so, Expleo has an opportunity for you! One of the world's largest automotive manufacturers is currently recruiting an Automotive Human Factors Engineer to help develop innovative automotive products.
The role's purpose is to deliver customer requirements for future vehicles. Based in Warwickshire, you will support a dedicated Human Factors Ergonomics team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead development of Human Factors requirements
2. Lead Human Factors input into the development of future vehicles and brands
3. Ensure timely completion of Human Factors assessments and gateway testing
4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve ergonomic issues in vehicles
5. Analyze customer feedback related to ergonomics to support requirement development and issue resolution
Qualifications and skills:
* Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
* Strong background in automotive human factors and/or ergonomics
* Ability to analyze technical data and customer feedback for ergonomics development
* Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, or anthropometrics
* Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering is desirable
