Lead Business Analyst (work from home)
Lead Business Analyst who is keen to work for an organisation with an exciting forward order book of work. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of working on agile programs, particularly in the financial services or wealth management sector.
You will understand the complexities involved in process improvement, data migration, change management, and business compliance. You will have a solid background in business process design, functional requirements and specifications, and will work closely with business functions to identify how change can support their plans and challenge business processes. You will operate across the entire business process lifecycle from initial project inception, architecture and design, through project delivery and effective support through to business as usual. Experience in Agile is expected. Ideally you will have worked in the Professional Services sector, ideally Financial Services. You will communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate business problems into formal business and technical requirements. A lead role on projects or team lead experience would be beneficial. Strong generic business analysis skills are important, and accreditations would demonstrate this.
The role is predominantly home working with 1 day a week in the offices in Liverpool.
Responsibilities

* Apply strong business analysis skills across IT and change projects.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in business analysis within professional services or financial services.
* Strong communication skills; interface between IT and business users.
* Experience in leading projects or teams is beneficial.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Accreditations in business analysis are advantageous.
