Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary

Pay: £100 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a supportive primary school in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking to take on additional responsibility and make a real impact in the classroom.
The Role:
* Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Providing whole-class cover across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Leading small group interventions to raise attainment
* Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs
* Working closely with teaching staff to support planning and assessment
* Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
* Have recent experience working in a UK primary school
* Be confident delivering lessons independently
* Have strong behaviour management skills
* Be adaptable, proactive and reliable
