A fantastic
opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Waiter / Waitress at our 4* Hotel in
Dunkeld.
No experience
required. Part time and full time roles available. Must be able to work a variety of shifts (breakfasts, late shift closes and weekends).
Based on a 40 hour
week the hourly rate is £11.66 plus graturities. We also provide a fantastic

facilities. We can also provide live in accommodation for candidates applying
from out of the local area.

Dunkeld House Hotel

The Role:
* Assist in the set up in the restaurant before service, ensuring all
required items are stocked and ready
* Provide service of breakfast, lunch or dinner; allocating guests to
their tables, offer menus, take orders, serve food and beverages and clear
tables etc
* Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards
* Answer guest and visitor queries of menus and offer guidance and
recommendations
* Ensure the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a
high standard both during and after service
* Carry out any additional duties required by the Dining Room and Bar
Manager
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
as full training will be given.
* The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* A professional and proactive approach to guest service
* Excellent attention to detail
