Overview
Recruitment for PR, Marketing, Advertising, Digital and Creative. As the title suggests, we’re looking for a real PPC Specialist – someone who loves the analytical side of things, and making and implementing recommendations based on the data. Working with a global business, their team is growing and this is a real opportunity to work with an organisation with a high staff retention rate, having real input into the paid strategy moving forward.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic and maximising ROI through paid advertising campaigns and, to a lesser extent, organic SEO. Working within the global digital services team, you’ll liaise with all regions to ensure strong website performance, and you’ll handle the day-to-day running of all global paid advertising. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting budget increases, analysing results and testing new strategies – A/B testing will be a real passion. It will be your responsibility to manage the overarching Google AdWords MCC account, allocating budgets and assets and creating campaigns, and you’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for all things related to paid ads. You’ll analyse website performance across multiple platforms and will communicate the performance, impact and strategy to the regional teams and you’ll also conduct A/B testing to drive traffic and conversions. Aside from Google Ads, you’ll also work across Facebook Business Campaign Manager and will identify other suitable platforms. The SEO aspects of the role are very much on a smaller scale, and these duties will likely be moved to a specialist role as the team grows.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff for this role. Someone who is self-sufficient and can hit the ground running and use their initiative to drive the role forward. Ideally you’ll have around 4 years’ experience in PPC (agency experience would be welcomed) and it’s essential you have a high level of proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush and Search Console. Additionally, it would be really beneficial if you have experience of using Facebook Ads. You’ll need to be a strong communicator, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to prioritise your workload and you’ll have a real passion for creating A/B tests.
What’s on offer
Employees tend to stay with this business – it genuinely is a really nice place to work. The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office, but you can also work flexibly with varied start and finish times to suit your personal preferences.
