Essential criteria
10. To be fully conversant and formally qualified in own core trade with Basic Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical
11. Work closely with Estates Management to manage the buildings infrastructure/plant and systems effectively and safely in accordance with all legislation and HTM and HBN guidance.
Desirable criteria
12. Computer skilled person
13. Undertake fault finding on complex systems and equipment using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to determine a solution.
14. Approved Person Qualification
15. Specialist expertise in a core professional trade - plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

PPE requirements: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust requires all colleagues to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with our infection prevention and control procedures.
