Community Care Assistant (Female, Driver) – Saxon Care
Locations: Swindon, Cricklade, Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett & surrounding areas
Pay: £12.40–£13.90 per hour (role & hours dependent)
Additional pay: Paid travel and waiting time, 45p per mile, enhanced rates for unsocial hours, double‑time on public holidays
Contract: Permanent, full‑time or part‑time (guaranteed hours)
Shifts: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00 (alternate weekends required)
Right to work: UK RTW required — we’re unable to offer sponsorship

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (community/domiciliary role).

What you’ll do
* Support daily living: meal prep, medication prompts, light domestic tasks
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Offer companionship and support clients on outings
* Encourage client involvement in care planning and outcomes
* Record visits and care notes accurately

* Kind, caring and reliable people with strong communication skills
* Female, driver with own car
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
* No experience necessary — full training provided
