Role Overview
The Care Manager supports Branches and Branch Managers in the effective running of services within the Southwark Hub. Responsibilities include first‑line supervision of office staff, deputising for the branch manager in their absence, and supporting the branch across all functions: rosters and care coordination, community care, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints, and reports.
