Factory Operative
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
The Best Connection is recruiting Factory Operatives for a manufacturing client specialising in window frame production. This position involves handling completed products at the end of the production process and ensuring they meet quality standards before storage.
All manufacturing processes are machine-operated; this role does not involve manual welding or assembly work.
Duties Include:
* Removing finished window frames from automated production lines
* Inspecting products to ensure they meet required standards
* Identifying and reporting faults or damage
* Safely stacking and storing completed items
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area
* Supporting smooth and efficient production output
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a factory or production environment is beneficial but not essential
* Good eye for detail and quality awareness
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working as part of a team
* Positive, motivated attitude
* Able to start work at 5:30 AM
