About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Design Engineer to join a leading medical technology business specialising in patient‑specific solutions for complex surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clinical teams to understand patient‑specific requirements.
* Create accurate 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
* Ensure all designs meet ISO 13485 and internal quality standards.
* Optimise designs for additive manufacturing and traditional machining processes.
* Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
* Comprehensive onboarding program, including hands‑on training at a European production facility.
* Exposure to advanced design guidelines, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems.
* Ongoing professional development and mentorship from experienced engineers.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in medical device design and patient‑specific solutions.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to critical deadlines.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX) is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
