Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Manager to run the systems and processes that keep the business moving. The role spans planning, vendor management, and continuous improvement — turning operational chaos into reliable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own operational processes across multiple teams or business areas
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to completion
- Report on operational health to leadership on a regular cadence
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in operations, project management, or COO-org roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and operations tools (Asana, Notion, Monday)
- Comfort owning vendor and budget relationships
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
- Process-minded and bias for documenting how things work
