We are working with a well-established education business, and they are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to join the business ASAP. This is an office-based role Monday – Friday (Apply online only) (working (Apply online only) in school holidays). Reporting into the Head of HR and providing support to c200 employees, the focus of the role is to provide generalist HR support to the business across the full employee lifecycle, including dealing with 1st line HR queries, starters, leavers, updating the HR systems, recruitment and HR reporting. The role will also be responsible for preparing the payroll for submission to the outsourced payroll provider, which will include preparing, checking and inputting the payroll information and confirming the figures.
