Role Overview The successful candidate will work as part of the support services team providing remote support to customers and field-based colleagues in relation to products and services provided by the organisation. You will be key to ensuring that client solutions maintain operational continuity through fault analysis and proactive monitoring activities in line with organisational and contractual service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Fault find, configure and remotely monitor products and services provided by Four-teen IP. Products from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Ruckus, Watchguard among others. Services ranging from Routing, Switching, Wireless, IP telephony. Solving problems, assess situations, and apply solutions utilising acquired voice and data networking knowledge and experience. Understand how telecommunication equipment and services work and be equipped to manage disruptions of service and establish solutions to deal with challenges as they arise. Provide 1st and 2nd line support to Fourteen IP customers and colleagues in the field. Responsible for resolving faults and responding to customer enquiries within SLA Desired Qualities Skills & Knowledge Level 3 in IT qualification A minimum of Grade 4/C in Maths or equivalent is required for this role Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Passion for Technology Ability to quickly learn new systems Willingness to learn Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship by Fourteen IP and Baltic apprenticeship.
