Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons as a Maths Teacher, engaging students in both key stages 3 and 4.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and curiosity in mathematics.
Track student progress effectively, providing feedback and intervention to help all learners thrive as a Maths Teacher.
Contribute to curriculum development and lead enrichment activities as a passionate Maths Teacher.
Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices within the maths department.
Maintain high expectations of student behaviour and support their academic and personal growth.
Demonstrate leadership in your classroom and contribute positively as a key Maths Teacher within the school community.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent certification.
Proven experience working as a Maths Teacher in secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE level.
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality maths instruction.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
The legal right to work in the UK and ability to provide two relevant references.
