Job Title: Immigration Lawyer

Overview
A global law firm is seeking an Immigration Lawyer to join its established team in London. The role will involve advising a range of corporate and individual clients on UK immigration matters, supporting both day-to-day advisory work and longer-term strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a range of UK immigration matters, including both corporate and private client work
* Managing a varied caseload, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations
* Preparing and submitting visa applications, sponsorship licence applications, and related documentation
* Supporting corporate clients with compliance obligations, including right to work and sponsor duties
* Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and policy, and communicating these to clients where relevant
* Liaising with government bodies and other external stakeholders as required
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and contributing to team initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Qualified lawyer with 2+ PQE experience in UK immigration law
* Experience advising corporate clients is desirable
* Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration processes and requirements
* Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Effective communication skills with a client-focused approach
