Working Pattern
* 28 hours per week:
Week 1: 3 days (9am-17:30)
Week 2: 4 days (9am-17:30)
* Monday–Friday; every other weekend off

The Role
* Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring HACCP compliance
* Ensure service counter prepared for service
* Deliver highest level of customer service consistently
* Collaborate with team to deliver service on time and to high standard
* Complete required administration: recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing till and recording daily sales figures
* Perform bookkeeping procedures: manage purchasing, cash handling, banking and weekly estimated trading account (ETA)
* Report defective equipment, utensils, floor surfaces to Head Office
* Open and close all food outlets in accordance with company procedures
The Person
* Previous culinary experience
* Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP
* Previous management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working in a contract catering environment
* NVQ level 2/3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2 or above
