We are now looking for a highly data literate individual who can scale the data, market and traveller insights offering we provide to senior airline teams and the aviation industry. What you can expect as a Partner Insights Manager The opportunity to shape and grow an innovative element of our partner offering - this starts with data led insight but could evolve in time to more general thought leadership Working closely with our airline partners (often at a senior level) and the wider industry The chance to work with unique data sets and scope to create unique and invaluable insights Data and industry input into our B2B and B2C comms activity A place to look at things differently, challenge and offer solutions An environment of continuous improvement where you optimise for impact and velocity A supportive, trusting and transparent working environment What we are looking for You will have a fascination with, and passion for data, and how insights from data can aid business outcomes Ability to form valuable insights from complex and large data sets Previous experience with aviation data, ideally gained in an airline, airport or aviation consultancy, and a deep understanding of aviation and airlines, and their unique data needs. An appreciation of an international and technology-oriented business environment Strong analytical experience and use of analytical techniques, tools and complex data sets. Ability to work and deliver autonomously with little day to day supervision, however has a strong team ethos and will quickly become a critical member of the team. Self-driven. You have fantastic organisational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimise. This could be through monitoring industry trends and market dynamics and constantly looking for ways in which this relates to our data and its use by our partners Has impact internally and with our partners, comfortable being external facing Comfort with change: As this is an evolving role it will change so being comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity will be critical, as well as having a strong sense of direction and purpose to help drive the change. Skills and Experience: At least 3 years of analytics or data mining experience in a tech or aviation environment. Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation and data bricks is essential, experience with Python or R is a plus. Ability to work effectively with management and part of a team to meet targets. Strong attention to detail, ability to simplify and explain technical information to others. Strong business and commercial acumen. Excellent communicator and team player mentality.
