Your new companyWorking for a diverse business who operate a portfolio of differing businesses from a truly beautiful location in North Yorkshire.Your new role
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Balance Sheet reconciliation and reviews
* Cost analysis for department managers
* Weekly cash forecasts
* Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
* Maintain stock records
* Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset Registers
* Process payroll for seasonal staff (payroll training will be given if necessary)
* Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasting
* Preparation of year-end accounts
* Office for National Statistics returns
* Foreign VAT returns and sales
* Ad hoc responsibilities - such as some sales and purchase ledger duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, AAT or part-Qualified CIMA/ ACCA or QBE will
* Experience of production of management accounts (essential)
* Advanced Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and payroll
* VAT knowledge, UK and Foreign
* Import/Export Experience
