An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Agile Transformation Lead. We are looking for someone who is an Engineering Manager or Lead Project Manager with experience in Agile practices to become the UK Agile Transformation Lead (Engineering and Project Management). You will be responsible for delivering a multi-year programme aimed at transforming Engineering and Project Management practices, processes, and tooling to foster a more Agile culture across Leonardo Electronics UK.
What you'll do as an Agile Transformation Lead
1. Establish and maintain an Agile transformation strategy for Engineering and Project Management.
2. Develop and implement a rollout plan.
3. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders within Engineering and across the wider business.
4. Select and support pilot programmes adopting Agile techniques.
5. Develop supporting infrastructure, processes, tooling, reports, and dashboards.
6. Deliver training, coaching, mentoring, and other learning and development initiatives.
7. Engage with senior management and external stakeholders to promote Agile principles and benefits.
8. Engage with external industry bodies and expertise.
9. Promote an Agile culture within the organization.
10. Supervise staff involved in the rollout programme.
11. Manage third-party relationships or engagements.
12. Oversee budget control.
