We are looking for a fabulous Pub Supervisor to support the team within our charming country pub The Swan
As a Pub Supervisor, you are a key support figure on the floor, helping to maintain service standards, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You lead by example during service, offering guidance, calm decision-making and excellent guest care. You act as a bridge between the team and management, stepping up when needed and helping the service run seamlessly.
OTE for this role is in the region of £38,000 pa. This includes an approximate service charge element paid monthly in arrears.
Key Responsibilities include
Supporting Managers in delivering a smooth, well paced service
Lead by example on the floor maintaining high service standards
Supervising shifts or parts of service when required
Supporting the onboarding of new starters
