About The Role

Please note that this is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, with full flexibility required, including working alternate weekends.

As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will contribute to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes by planning engaging activities for our Residents. Your role will involve organizing activities based on Residents’ hobbies, supporting socialization, and assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events. Your approach should always be rooted in kindness.

We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes. You should have a positive attitude, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. Communication with Residents and colleagues should always be considerate and kind.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse or neglect, know how to report concerns, and undertake relevant safeguarding training.
