Responsibilities
* Business Development: proactively identify and engage prospective industrial clients through targeted cold calling, strategic email outreach, and door-to-door canvassing, consistently securing new business opportunities.
* Lead Generation: utilize your industry knowledge and networking skills to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Client Management: develop and nurture strong, long‑lasting relationships with new clients, establishing Straight Forward Recruitment as their trusted partner.
* Sales Strategy: collaborate with the industrial team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that leverage your existing market expertise.
* Candidate Insight: apply recruitment background to understand client needs and effectively communicate our ability to provide the best talent.
Qualifications
* Proven background in a recruitment sales or consultant role, preferably within industrial, food manufacturing or logistics sectors.
* Track record of success in a target-driven sales environment with strong cold‑calling and lead generation skills.
* In-depth understanding of the industrial recruitment market in East Anglia.
* Highly motivated, self‑starting attitude and passion for new business development.
