As an A&H Team Leader and Underwriter at Chubb, you will play a crucial role in managing and underwriting Accident & Health (A&H) renewals through our e-trade platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective assessment of risks, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. While leadership experience is not essential, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to lead and inspire others, embodying Chubb's core leadership competencies. Key Responsibilities: Underwrite A&H insurance products, assessing risks and determining appropriate coverage and pricing. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement underwriting strategies that align with business objectives. Management and oversight of the team’s workload to ensure we provide a high level of service to our brokers. Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing. Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and excellence. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in A&H underwriting is essential. Prior leadership experience is desirable Demonstrate desire to lead and develop others, with a commitment to Chubb's core leadership competencies. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
