The Resourcing Assistant will assist in the resourcing of both permanent and contractor placements, whilst ensuring all information is stored and communicated correctly both internally and externally.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting and posting job adverts across multiple platforms.
* Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
* Undertake initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
* Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure all are communicated with.
* Maintain and update the contractor CV database.
* Support end-to-end contractor recruitment process including managing resource requests, candidate communication and close-out.
* Assist with search and selection of contractors.
* Format CVs.
* Assist Resourcing & Travel Coordinators as required.
Person Specification
Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Skills:
* Good communication skills.
* Meticulous organisational skills with the ability to adapt, multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience:
* Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
