We are looking for a highly organised and guest-focused Events Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.
The Role
As Events Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our guest journey, managing reservations across rooms, restaurants, and experiences while maximising revenue opportunities through confident upselling and exceptional service.
OTE for this role based on 42.5 hours per week is £33,950pa including service charge.
Key Responsibilities

Complete daily reservations checklists accurately and efficiently
*
Confidently handle room bookings, ensuring all guest details are captured
*
Understand and effectively communicate rates, packages, and current offers
*
Manage travel agent bookings in line with agreed rates and protocols
*
Take and manage restaurant reservations, optimising availability
*
Use floor plans to maximise covers and enhance service flow
*
Coordinate and manage bookings for events and on-site “happenings”
*
Proactively upsell experiences and services to enhance guest itineraries
About You
*
Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or events coordination
*
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
*
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
*
Commercially aware with a natural ability to upsell
*
Comfortable working with booking systems and managing multiple enquiries
*
A proactive and positive approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences
