Title: Account Representative
Status: Full-time
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (hybrid working)
We are seeking a proactive Account Representative to maintain and grow relationships with international distributors and sales rep groups. This role is centred on building strong partnerships, supporting performance, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for distributor partners and sales rep groups, providing ongoing support and guidance.
* Drive sales growth by promoting products, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales strategies.
* Monitor performance against targets and provide regular feedback and reporting.
* Identify opportunities to expand the network.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment across all business activities.
* Resolve any issues or challenges faced by accounts in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in customer ser Representative vice, sales or account management.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
