Administrator - Permanent - Swansea Your new company Your new company is a well-known not-for-profit organisation located in the heart of Swansea. Your new role Your new role will be to provide a professional and customer-focused administration service. Your responsibility will include enroling staff, generating reports and performing system maintenance by managing and utilising the Learning Management System. You will also ensure staff are successfully booked onto required events within agreed time frames, produce handouts, communicate effectively with colleagues, collate feedback, arrange venue bookings to ensure the needs of events are met, attend meetings, build and maintain solid relationships with all employees, ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data and adhere to and co-operate with policies and procedures. What you\'ll need to succeed Your previous experience in administration will help you succeed in this role. The ability to utilise your IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is of incredible importance. You will need excellent administration and organisation skills and be able to keep a clear mindset whilst working in pressure working situations and dealing with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will feel comfortable communicating and providing exceptional customer service.
