Private Client Paralegal - £30,000 per annum

About the Role
Our client, a well-established and respected law firm, is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest or experience in Private Client work to develop their skills within a supportive and professional setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting fee earners with a varied Private Client caseload. There may also be optional opportunities to assist the Family department, although this is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters, including:
o Wills and estate planning
o Probate and estate administration
o Lasting powers of attorney
o Trusts and inheritance matters
* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and assisting with file management
* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external organisations professionally and sensitively
* Preparing bundles and maintaining accurate records
* Optional assistance with Family Law matters for those wishing to broaden their experience
Candidate Requirements
* Experience or a strong interest in Private Client law is essential
* Previous paralegal experience, ideally within a Private Client team, is advantageous
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
* LPC/SQE or other relevant legal qualification is desirable but not essential
