Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
DE&I are integral to our day-to-day work, to make the sectors we work across more equitable, and improve not only the prospects of potential candidates working within these sectors, but the opportunities for our clients to engage with a greater, more diverse talent pool, too. This is why all our consultants receive DE&I training on inclusive hiring, it’s why we conduct an industry-first diversity survey and report across our industries each quarter, and host DE&I-specific events for our clients.
