As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving complex engineering projects that contribute to our mission of accelerating the transition towards a carbon‑neutral world.
Summary Of What You Will Do
* Lead and coordinate multiple EPC / Engineering contracts to ensure seamless project delivery
* Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards with precision
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
* Proactively identify and manage project risks and opportunities
* Provide leadership in Health and Safety management, adhering to company standards
* Interface with other projects and work groups to coordinate activities effectively
* Oversee the transfer of physical assets and relevant information during project execution and close‑out
* Promote active learning and continuous improvement through return on experience activities
What You Will Bring To The Role
* Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
* Project management qualification such as APM Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional
* IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH General Certificate
* Extensive experience in managing complex contracts in an engineering design and construction environment
* Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams for new build or refurbishment engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of power generation or heavy engineering industry
* Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices
* Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to build respect and create a sense of community among team members
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Job Based In
This is a site based role in Llanberis, Gwynedd, North Wales.
