Customer Success Manager

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager within the Commercial Department of a UK-based company specialising in the supply, installation, and servicing of ATMs and cash-management solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that key Financial Institution partners receive exceptional service and consistent operational support.

You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day account management, coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth delivery and uphold service standards. The position suits someone highly organised, confident in a client-facing capacity, and motivated to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Responsibilities:
* Act as the main contact for Business As Usual (BAU) activities across multiple Financial Institution accounts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring queries and requests are managed effectively.
* Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service levels and ensure operational efficiency.
* Lead or support regular client service reviews and ensure accurate, timely reporting of management information.
* Analyse internal data to identify trends, process improvements, and potential revenue opportunities.
* Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring client feedback is championed within the organisation.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Customer Success Manager role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
