Assist in managing relationships, quality, and OHS at the hotel level, and oversee the department in the absence of the manager.

* Meet hotel service standards and customer service guidelines.
* Motivate and engage with all team members.
* Coordinate on-site training and onboarding.
* Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
* Report all incidents and hazards promptly.
* Foster strong relationships with the hotel staff and management.
