Job Description
We’re recruiting for aSenior Compliance Managerto join our Real Assets team. We’re offering acompetitive base salary strong benefits package.
Joining a team and business with a great culture, you’ll be part of an exciting time as Real Assets is one of the key growth areas for LGIM. Additionally, the business is looking to expand globally, and you will be involved in new fund launches.
In this role, you will be responsible for providingexpert advisory supportacross fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.
What you'll be doing:
* Proactively provide advice, challenge, and review to the business, ensuringfirst-class conduct risk mitigation
* Analysing emerging and developing regulations toimplement changes quickly and effectively
* Acting as thekey point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets
* Participating in committee meetings and assist with the drafting of reports
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Real Asset/Alternative Asset experienceis key to this role
* Adetailed understanding of compliance and conduct riskwithin an investment management environment
* Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations
* Excellentstakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups
