The job
Are you passionate about shaping the future of connected car technology and digital platforms? We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to help us design and deliver transformative B2B experiences for fleet customers. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of automotive innovation, SaaS platforms, and corporate ventures - bringing bold ideas to life in a collaborative, insight-driven environment. As a key member of our growing design team, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, impactful digital experiences that solve real customer problems and drive business value.
What will I be doing?
* Lead end-to-end design of B2B digital products, from concept to launch and iteration.
* Translate user insights into elegant, scalable design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and commercial to align design with strategic goals.
* Champion user-centred design, embedding customer needs into every stage of the product lifecycle.
* Facilitate workshops and present design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Contribute to and evolve design systems, mentoring others and promoting design excellence.
What do I need?
* Proven experience designing B2B products, ideally within the automotive or fleet management space (however not essential)
* Strong background in SaaS and digital insights platforms, with a focus on UI/UX design.
* Experience working within corporate innovation or venture incubator environments.
* Skilled in Figma, Miro, and Jira, with a portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking and visual craft.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to engage diverse stakeholders and foster alignment.
* Curious, adaptable, and outcome-focused - motivated by impact and continuous improvement.
