Our client is looking for an experienced deputy HR Manager, specialising in EU employment law to join our multi-cultural office in London. You must have a Law Degree/certificate in employment law. The ideal candidate must have professional background in EU employment law and will be assisting a local HR Manager with managing diverse workforce across multiple European countries in the following processes: · Recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts · Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department · Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves · Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits · Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars · Coordinating logistics for new hires · Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications · Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
