We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work for our busy Minor Adaptations/Community Equipment Service.
About the role:
The post is based at the Radstock Road Depot in Midsomer Norton. The hours are 23 per week, to be worked flexibly over a five-day period between 8:00am and 4:00pm, from Monday to Friday.
Duties include a wide variety of administrative processes, including data entry, scheduling and creating reports.
You will contribute to the safe and effective running of the service as required, including answering visitor queries and being part of a team. This will involve working with a wide variety of healthcare professionals, Social Services staff, clients, carers and their families.
About you:
We seek applicants with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who have a friendly, patient and confident approach with colleagues, other professionals and members of the public, to join our supportive and professional team.
You will be able to evidence that you have excellent IT skills and have the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
