* 10.75hrs per week: Mon 13:15-21:45; Tues 09:30-18:00; Thu 13:15-21:45; Fri 09:30-18:00; Sat 08:30-17:00
About The Role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.
* Lead from the heart - Train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future.
* Be a role model - Motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values everyday, always promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere.
* Have your mind on the customer - Be a friendly face to every customer you meet, always putting their needs first and planning ways to personalise and maximise the customer experience in store.
* Hands on operations - Own your P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store, focusing on profitability and controllable costs.
* An eye for visuals - With support from the Visual Team, execute high brand visual standards and ensure your team does the same.
* Open eyes and ears - Cultivate a platform for active listening, share ideas, and let your voice count.
* Your feet on the ground - Own product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and ensure everything is in place to keep the team efficient and safe.
About You
* Previous store manager experience in a fast‑paced store, exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, implementing objectives that drive performance.
* Passion for retail – creating a unique experience for each customer is your favourite thing to do.
* Lead with purpose – engaging and developing your team to share enthusiasm for the brand.
* Relationships that count – keen to build valued relationships with customers, your team and wider business teams.
* Embrace change – thrive on change, multitask, problem solve and collaborate to get things done.
* Creative flair – approachable and resourceful, engaging teams with training, local incentives and global initiatives.
